How long does shipping take?
We typically ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express options are available at checkout.
How fresh is your coffee?
We roast to order. Your coffee is roasted within 48 hours of your order being placed, ensuring peak freshness when it arrives at your door.
What roast levels do you offer?
We offer light, medium, and dark roasts across our range. Each product page clearly lists the roast level and tasting notes so you can find your perfect match.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us and we will make it right.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes! Our subscription service lets you receive your favourite coffee on a schedule that works for you — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Subscribers also receive exclusive discounts and early access to new releases.
How should I store my coffee?
Store your coffee in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture. Avoid the fridge or freezer for daily-use coffee. For best results, consume within 4 weeks of the roast date.
What brewing method do you recommend?
